Winter Park Sidewalk Art Festival

March 15-17, 2024 | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Central Park and along Park Avenue in Winter Park

• The Winter Park Sidewalk Art Festival is one of the nation’s oldest, largest and most prestigious outdoor art festivals. More than 1000 artists from around the world applied for this year’s event. An independent panel of three judges select the artists that will exhibit their works. The festival consistently ranks among the top juried fine-art festivals in the country.

Annual St Paddy’s Day Truck Pull & Street Festival

March 16, 2024 | 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM | Historic Downtown Sanford

Try your luck and pull a truck! Get together with your tribe and form teams of 10 and pull a fire truck for some major bragging rights, fun and to benefit Special Needs Advocacy Program, Inc. Live music on multiple stages, craft beer, cocktails, food trucks, artisan vendors and lots of Sanford Fun! Event takes place in the 'Famous L' between Celery City Craft and West End Trading Co.! 

Egg-Ceptional Family Festival

March 23, 2024 | 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM | Center Lake Park, Oviedo

Welcome back to old school family fun at this Easter themed event at Center Lake Park. Start practicing your Three-legged racing, Potato sack jumping race and Egg & Spoon balancing because this year will be full of kid-friendly games and competitions! Along with the games, we will have activity tables including a coloring station, pictures with The Easter Bunny and egg decorating (first 100, must preregister on Eventbrite.)

ORLANDO STATE OF THE MARKET | FEBRUARY 2024

Overall sales rose 26.5% from January to February. There were 2,174 sales in February, up from 1,719 sales in January. This comes after eight months of falling sales. 

Inventory for February was recorded at 8,589, up 4.5% from January when inventory was recorded at 8,217.

The median home price for February was recorded at $377,000, up from $360,000 in January. This comes after three months of falling median home price.

February’s interest rate was recorded at 6.6%, up slightly from 6.5% in January.

New listings rose 7.8% from January to February, with 3,799 new homes on the market in February, compared to 3,524 in January.
