As first time home buyers we were very scared and stressed out over the entire process of buying a house. The lease for our apartment was up in 4 months, and we were on a mission to not resign a lease. Larissa was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and determined to help us through the process. Even when we wanted to give up she kept our spirits high and cheered us on along the way. She knew our perfect house was out there and she was going to hunt it down for us. We would send her listings at all hours of the day and she would have an appointment set up very quickly at our earliest convenience! We definitely had high expectations when it came to our first home and she would not have allowed us to settle for anything less. Back in 2014 I left a glowing review for Lisa, who helped us buy our first home. Now, I'm leaving a glowing review for the help she and the team at SBK gave us when selling that same house. We had no idea how much took place from the seller side, but Lisa was there to guide us (and reassure us) throughout the whole process. Her expertise was evident in every detail, from pricing the home for sale to helping us navigate inspections and buyer feedback. At the last minute, when we were already several states away, our buyer requested some items we had left behind be removed during their final walk-through. Lisa took care of it all on our behalf, on her own time, coordinating with us the whole time through messages and phone calls. This exemplifies how she handled our entire sale; going above and beyond for us, and helping us through so much of the stress that could have easily overwhelmed us in less capable hands. From our first conversation with Stacie we knew we picked the right team to work with. We were living in California and decided to come back home to Florida.
