I travelled 2.5 hours and planned to stay for 3 days. Stacie figured out pretty quickly what kind of property I might find attractive, thus saving me a lot of time avoiding looking at properties that would not qualify for me. Preemptively, she had everything lined up and researched, considering my time constraints. She and her team worked really with me. That was the "easy" part. Once I decided which house to buy, her negotiating skills were superb! Her ability to communicate to the seller's agent on my behalf were on the mark and skillfully executed. During this stressful time, she stayed in touch and provided me with updates. The seller and I agreed to a fair price. She aligns with the Purcell Team who was partially financing the house purchase. Again, super top notch team! The sellers were vacating the house early. If it had not been for Stacy&team and the Purcell team having had all "ducks lined up", the early closure would have never happened. There were some major organizational and logistical problems involved to finalize this before my furniture delivery "hit" the drive way. Yet, they all came through! All I can say is I am SO HAPPY our friend referred us to Stacie! Prior to finding Stacie, we had another realtor look at our house when we were ready to sell. They basically did a once over and said “yea, you need to put some work in it, call me when you’re done... and you’ll be lucky to break even”. That was it! Needless to say, that’s when my friend said “call Stacie, she’s the best!” Stacie and her team worked with us for nine months preparing our house for sale amidst the crazy year that was... 2020. She knew exactly what our house needed to maximize its value. During the preparations, we had several projects needing to get done. We were stressed and didn’t know where to turn to get the work done. Stacie was able to provide outside resources to save us time and money getting these completed. New roof, exterior paint, new pool screens, new sod just to name a few. The timing of the listing was PERFECT! (Again, all Stacie’s idea) We had five offers the day after it was listed and she was there to quickly manage them all and help us make our decision. We relied on her expertise and we were NOT disappointed! In the end we closed in less than 45 days and sold our house for $19,000 over list price. They were on top of every single detail throughout the sale process of our home (which she also helped us find and buy 5 years ago). We encountered some hurdles through the process (all of which were out of our hands, but mostly related to our buyer's side of things), and although it wasn't Stacie's responsibility to handle those issues, her and Tiffany took matters into their own hands and assisted the buyer's agent to work through the hurdles and successfully close the sale of our house. I've bought and sold homes and used realtors in the past, but I've never done a relocation 1,300 miles away in the height of a global pandemic! Talk about strange and complicated times to be trying to relocate; but Stacie and Tiffany (team SBK) were absolutely incredible to work with. Stacie's calm demeanor and professional advice carried a lot of weight with me, and she was excellent in helping us "read between the lines" of where we should live that would meet our goals. When the bottom fell out of our first loan provider (due to COVID), Stacie was relentless in finding us another lender she trusted that was able to navigate us through the whole process. Stacie was very precise with her advice and was extremely good at poking holes into bad homes we considered, and explained some of the nuanced elements of Florida living. Stacie fought very hard for us in the background while staying calm and collected on the surface. She is truly one of the best in the business! Tiffany was the glue and wheels that kept the bus together when things felt like they might fall apart. She kept us on a very clear time-line and got us all documents to sign in a rapid and concise manner. She guided us all the way through to closing and ensured we knew every step of the process. I hope to never move again, but if we do...I will never consider another realty group besides Team SBK! I was moving to the area from out of state- the neighborhood I was leaving behind was the perfect place for us: family friendly, safe, lots of kids playing outdoors, a great neighborhood to raise my kids. I needed a realtor that would help me find the perfect place in Oviedo, in a very short amount of time, and I was blessed to come across Stacie. One of the things I appreciated the most about Stacie is that she listened to what I wanted and made no bones about it when she knew I was looking at a neighborhood or home that wasn’t for me. She would tell me “if you were my sister, I wouldn’t want you in this neighborhood.... if you were my sister, I would want you in this neighborhood.” I am sitting in my patio, in our home, as I write this review, watching my kids play outside with lots of other kids. Selling and buying a home at the same time is very confusing, with all the different things that have to be organized.
