2024 | 10:00AM - 12:00PM | Lukas Nursery & Butterfly Encounter
Uncover ancient
fossils as we build our very own dinosaur gardens in a container, featuring
plants that take us back to the age of dinosaurs. You will also discover the
role plants played in prehistoric times and how they've evolved into the types
you see today! With each ticket you will receive a terracotta pot, plants with
a prehistoric past, soil, decorative material, and a prehistoric plants
coloring page!

Parade!
December 7, 2024 |
7:00PM - 9:00PM | Along Center Lake Lane and Oviedo Blvd.
The parade will be held on December 7th from 6:00 pm- 9:00 pm. Attendees
can line up along Center Lake Lane and Oviedo Blvd. The parade leaves the
Oviedo Gym & Aquatics Center approximately at 7:00 pm. Enjoy dinner or take
out from one of the many restaurants in Center Lake Park. Alcohol will be
available for purchase starting at 6:00 pm at Center Lake Park in front of the
Cultural Center.

from September to October. There were 2,249 sales in September and 2,085 sales
in October.
Inventory for October was recorded
at 11,357, down 1.8% from September when inventory was recorded at 11,560. This
breaks a nine-month streak of rising inventory. Inventory in October 2024 was
still 45.4% higher than in October 2023.
The median home price for October was
recorded at $388,990, up from $380,000 in September.
October’s interest rate was
recorded at 6.4%, up from 5.9% in September.
New listings fell 7.6% from
September to October, with 3,260 new homes on the market in October, compared
to 3,530 in September
